Part I: HELL - By embracing all evil, suffering, nightmares, and destruction, Collectief Het Paradijs hopes to find light again in the disintegration. We stare into the fiery beast called humanity and dig through the Earth's crust in search of Hell. We enter the core that begins to rot, mold, stink, and decompose, from which a new seed sprouts from the grayest but most fertile ashes. This raw, visually cinematic performance takes you into the surreal world of little devils, purgatory, and epic disasters.
The Rebirth Three-part series In all humility, Collectief Het Paradijs will take on the role of guide in the coming years to provide a beacon for the wandering human. According to the Collective, the 21st-century human is completely lost on issues of good and evil, how to live life, and how to answer urges. The tripping rebirth triptych will lead you through Rebirth Part I: HELL (2025), followed by Rebirth Part II: HEAVEN (2026), and finally return with direction for life in Rebirth Part III: EARTH (2027).
On Saturday April 19th at 11h00 we welcome you to join the morning ritual of Collectief Het Paradijs. Together with the artists, surounded by the remains of the set, you will come back down (or rather up) to earth. Experience going to church stylized in the raw ways of het Collectief!

Over Collectief Het Paradijs
Collectief Het Paradijs vond elkaar tijdens de Mime Opleiding waar ze in juni 2018 gezamenlijk afstudeerden. Sinds dien stuwen ze elkaar onzelfzuchtig omhoog; zich constant bewust van de aanwezigheid van de ander. 'Bij ons zit de kracht in onze verschillen. De één heeft een voorliefde voor tekst, de ander voor beeldende kunst en performance, weer een ander werkt het liefst vanuit een scenografie. Wat ons bindt, is onze enorme fascinatie voor theater, voor het lichaam, voor beelden die op je netvlies achterblijven.' Ze rijgen humor en tragiek aan elkaar, nemen de tijdsgeest op de hak en zetten hun hele hebben en houwen in voor eenzelfde doel: er alles uithalen wat erin zit.
